Multiple Personalities


Could you have multiple personalities running your inner world?  😬🤪🤔
This goes deeper than you may think!
Have you ever wondered if you are NUTS?
I am sure you have some awareness of your personality variances, but I want you to dig a little deeper because there are GIFTS HERE FOR YOU!……..so please keep reading.
 
Do you notice the different postures you hold when you experience different situations? How much of your auto pilot thinking are you aware of?
  Curiosity and Compassion are Powerful Tools for Conscious Expansion and Healing. How do you stand when you are feeling confident?  How about when you feel like you have done something terribly wrong and made a giant mistake 😬?  Or so joyful you could burst🤩?  Take a moment now to try on a few different body postures that express some of your different self expressions, or parts. You might be surprised what comes up for you.
 
Try these on for size: Confident Self – stand tall with your shoulders back and think of a time you felt super capable. Be that! Throw in a few words too to spice it up. The Super Critic Self – put your hands on your hips and pull a judgy face and start pointing your finger. Ashamed Self – hunch the shoulders over and recall a time you wanted to earth to swallow you up. The Wounded Inner Child – what posture and sense arises? The Victim Self – slump your shoulders and put on a hopeless face. The Fun Loving Self –  put your arms up and out and smile! The list goes on.  
With these postures comes self talk too, and of course feelings.  These subtle, and not so subtle, shifts are happening CONSTANTLY and mostly OUT OF AWARENESS.  It is a major eye opener as we become increasingly curious about ourselves and how we shift and change both inside and outside in response to our surroundings and relationships.

   
With growing self awareness and compassion comes empowerment and choice. The more we practice our consciousness muscle 💪, the stronger it becomes, the more we notice and with this comes growth 🌿. This is where I can help you make some big leaps in your development by providing an intentional time and space in which I guide you into deeper self awareness.
 
We can have a lot of trouble noticing what arises within us. Our inner world can be largely out awareness and subtle. Our cultural, social and family experiences have naturally taught us ‘right from wrong’. We have learnt what is acceptable. But what happens when our unacceptable parts show up or when we start to experience being NOT OK? We can quickly become lost in a soup of anxiety, self judgement and overwhelm.
 
Negative thought patterns can trigger states of anxiety. Maybe you experience intrusive flashes of past memory or different body sensations that feel unbearable. Our tendency is to push what is uncomfortable away, but the ANTIDOTE is to recognize what is happening as THE GIFT for our growth that it indeed is! As a mindfulness coach and meditation guide, I can help you foster the kind curiosity that will support you.
 
You have all you need to restore and integrate your multi-faces into the beautiful sparkling multi-faceted diamond that is YOU!  And this work starts with compassionate self inquiry. Getting curious, scientific and kind is the path to inner peace ☮️.

I used to be really stuck, struggling to push away parts of me that felt unbearable, wrong and critical.  I lived in constant states of anxiety, depression and addiction. The practices I teach have changed my life and I am excited to share them with you!
